CARE-PAC™

The CARE-PAC program helps caregivers connect with Alzheimer's clinical trials for their loved one. The program includes a pre-screening process with a Geriatric Care Manager who helps determine your loved one's eligibility without having to go to multiple sites and spending time filling out several questionnaires.
