National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers
Description: 
This is a national database of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (PGCMs), who are health and human services specialists who help caregivers with the many different aspects of caring for elderly loved ones, including helping to choose a housing or care option, reviewing legal, financial and medical issues, and providing caregiver support and counseling. The fees vary so be sure to discuss payment with potential PGCMs. This database is searchable by city, state, and zip, by name, or by type of PGCM.
